Lemurian Healing is a 5D healing modality designed for a 3D world.and was co-created by Hawaii-based spiritual teachers and healers, David Bower and Mamiko Maridianna.
I and the people I have worked with have found this method of healing creates a feeling of deep peace and psychological well-being: the healing works to restore balance in all parts of the system. This allows for healing of issues at root level.

What happens in a session?
You find a place to either sit or lie down and relax without interruption for about one hour. At a pre-arranged time we connect via Zoom or phone and agree upon an intention for your healing. Then I talk you through a guided meditation during which healing is given. After, we talk about what came up during the healing for both healer and healee.
A Lemurian Healing session lasts for about one hour and costs £45 for one session or £120 for a package of three sessions.
